You’ll never sweat with a stranger.

Our recovery space has been designed for up to two people, but your privacy matters to us.

That means we never book two people together who don’t know each other.

When booking online you’ll notice there is only one available spot. Once that spot is booked, a second person can join by adding themselves to the waitlist if they are attending with you.

Bring your partner, friend, training buddy or family member — recover together, laugh together and experience it together.

If you arrive together, our team will add the second person into the session.

These sessions are open to everyone — whether it’s your 1st, 5th or 20th recovery session.

If you would like extra support with your cold plunge experience, simply let us know before your session. When our team is rostered, we can guide you through breathwork and strategies to help you feel calm, confident and in control.
